I have been a specialist in general surgery since 2006. I completed my PhD in 2007 at the Medical Academy of Warsaw (now the Medical University of Warsaw); my doctoral thesis evaluated surgical treatment of chronic venous insufficiency.
I have been performing surgical procedures for over 20 years. Minimally invasive surgery is my particular focus — I carried out my first laser phlebology procedures back in 2010. I specialize in laser treatment of varicose veins and the use of laser techniques in proctology, which I perform at Nikamed Centrum Zdrowia in Warsaw. I also specialize in thyroid, parathyroid, and laparoscopic surgery, which I perform at Medicover Hospital. Consultations are available in Polish and English.

Meet the doctor →I have been performing laser and endovenous varicose vein procedures since 2010, and my first laser treatments for spider veins date back to 2008. Methods used across many centers are, for me, routine — backed by years of practice and a large number of procedures performed.
I treat patients who have already undergone previous procedures or surgery for leg varicose veins, thyroid conditions, hernias, and proctological issues
General surgery, phlebology and proctology. One doctor handles diagnosis, treatment and post-operative follow-up — no handing the patient between offices. Surgical experience gained in the operating room informs my minimally invasive practice
My doctoral thesis, defended in 2007, addressed chronic venous insufficiency — a condition I treat daily in practice. My procedural and surgical skill was built over years spent in the operating room
I perform procedures under local anesthesia as well as surgery under general anesthesia. The choice is guided by medical indications and patient preference. Local-anesthesia procedures — Nikamed Centrum Zdrowia. General-anesthesia surgery — Medicover Hospital
I walk through each stage, the alternatives and possible complications before the patient makes a decision. Consultations available in Polish and English
Closure of the diseased vein from the inside with a laser fiber — via puncture or small incisions, no hospital stay
Injection of a sclerosing agent. No general anesthesia. No hospital stay
Thermal vein closure using radiofrequency energy. An alternative to laser in selected cases. No hospital stay
Removal of varicose veins through tiny punctures or small skin incisions. Good cosmetic results. No hospital stay
A short procedure that doesn't break the skin — laser energy shrinks and fades visible spider veins and telangiectasia
Shrinkage of hemorrhoids and laser closure of hemorrhoidal vessels — no large incisions, no surgery, minimal discomfort, quick return to work. No hospital stay
Laser or surgical treatment. Sphincter-sparing methods. Minimal discomfort. No hospital stay
Minimally invasive laser techniques, including SiLaC. Sphincter protection as a priority. Minimal discomfort. No hospital stay
A minimally invasive laser procedure performed through a small puncture or skin incision. No hospital stay. Minimal discomfort. No large incisions. Better healing than after classic surgery. Quick return to work
Laparoscopic gallbladder removal. Approx. 45–60 min, short hospital stay. General anesthesia
Inguinal, femoral, umbilical and incisional hernias — laparoscopic or open, with mesh implantation. Minimal discomfort, short hospital stay. General or spinal anesthesia
Under general anesthesia — laparoscopic release of abdominal adhesions or diagnostic laparoscopy for unexplained abdominal pain, appendectomy, tissue sampling and other procedures
Total and partial thyroidectomy — goiter, nodules, retrosternal thyroid, thyroid cancer. With intraoperative neuromonitoring to reduce the risk of nerve injury
Parathyroid surgery for hyperparathyroidism. Advanced techniques with neuromonitoring and ICG dye imaging of the parathyroid glands
